1.Definition<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

Goods – any product, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer.<\/span><\/p>

Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and make payment to them.<\/span><\/p>

Contract – an Order confirmed by the Seller.<\/span><\/p>

Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and copyright, database rights, design rights, design rights, patents, trademarks and domain name registrations for any of the above.<\/span><\/p>
